GETTING TO KNOW YOUR LAHAR-30
The Lahar-30 is full auto and magnum rated, has no barrel length restrictions, and features a fully laser welded, hybrid construction, made up of 17-4 stainless steel with an Inconel blast baffle. A wire EDM bore ensures perfect concentricity and consistency every step of the way. Industry-standard 1-3/8x24 TPI threads allow for the use of direct thread adapters, the Aero Precision Mantle Quick Detach system, and other common QD adapters utilizing this thread pitch.
The optional Mantle Quick Detach system provides quick and consistent lockup between multiple host firearms offering consistent and minimal point of impact shift between installation and removal.
The Lahar-30 was built to last. Suppressor life is highly dependent on use—to include firing schedule, host firearm caliber and barrel length, and ammunition type. The laser welded construction and Inconel blast baffle included in your Lahar-30 suppressor will help ensure your suppressor sees a long service life.
To help maximize the service life of your suppressor it is suggested that you allow time for it to cool between firing sessions if it is showing signs of excess heat. A muzzle brake QD mount may also be used to act as a sacrificial baffle further prolonging suppressor life.

INSTALLATION
If using the Mantle Quick Detach System, you will need to install a Mantle compatible muzzle device to your host firearm. To install a quick detach muzzle device tighten to 20-30 ft/lbs utilizing the supplied high temperature thread locker and shims making sure to time the device at the 12 o’clock position.
Other notes on installation here:
Your suppressor will come with either a direct thread or Mantle QD mount installed. To remove your mount, use the supplied wrench and turn the mount counterclockwise. When installing either a direct thread adapter or Mantle QD mount onto your Lahar-30 suppressor, first ensure that all threaded surfaces are clear of any debris and apply a liberal amount of anti-seize to your threads before installation. Thread your mount by hand into the rear of the Lahar suppressor and turn clockwise until tight. Snug utilizing the supplied wrenches.

BEFORE USE
Before using your suppressor—ensure that it is properly installed to the host firearm and has been checked for concentricity using a properly sized alignment rod.
The use of an alignment rod will help ensure concentricity between your host firearms bore and the bore of your suppressor. Proper concentricity is important as it will minimize your chances of a baffle strike and damage to your suppressor. If your alignment rod makes contact with any portion of the suppressor do not attempt to fire with the suppressor attached as it will likely result in a baffle strike.

*Note: Alignment rods are caliber specific. Ensure you are using the correct size alignment rod for your host firearms bore.

CARE & USAGE
When using the Lahar-30 it is important to ensure it is snuggly attached to the host firearm. This is especially important when using a direct thread adapter as direct thread suppressors will walk themselves loose over time. A loose suppressor can often result in a baffle strike and permanent damage to the suppressor. Your suppressor will become hot during firing. Before touching/handling your suppressor ensure it has returned to the ambient air temperature and wear a heat resistant glove.

COMPATIBILITY
Caliber Compatibility: 5.56X45 NATO – 300 WIN
Common calibers include: 5.56x45 NATO, 300 Blackout, 6mm ARC, 6.5 Grendel, 6.5 Creedmoor, 308 WIN, 7.62X51, 300 WIN.
*Note: The Lahar 30 is compatible with Combloc calibers such as 7.62x39 and 5.45x39. It is extremely important to ensure thread concentricity when using a suppressor with these calibers as AK-47/AKM pattern rifles frequently have non-concentric bores. Do not use corrosive ammunition with a Lahar-30 suppressor.

MAINTENANCE
Your Lahar-30 Suppressor requires very little cleaning and maintenance due to the nature of centerfire rifle suppressors. A light amount of oil on the exterior of your suppressor will help protect its finish from moisture damage.
Note: Do not soak your suppressor in solvent as it can result in finish damage. Test any oil or solvents on a small area of surface to avoid unintentional finish damage. If using a Mantle Quick Detach system, ensure that the mounting surface of your muzzle device is clear of any fouling buildup or debris.
The internals of your Lahar-30 suppressor do not require any cleaning or maintenance under normal circumstances.
Do not insert any foreign objects including bore cleaning patches into your suppressor.

DISCLAIMERS
When using a firearm, always adhere to the 4 rules of firearms safety:
- Treat every firearm as if it is loaded.
- Always keep your firearm pointed in a safe direction.
- Keep your finger off the trigger until you have acquired a proper sight picture and are ready to fire.
- Be aware of your target and what is behind it.
- The first round fired through your cold suppressor will be marginally louder than sequential rounds fired. This is caused by the oxygen present in your suppressor before firing. Once this oxygen has been displaced from the suppressor during firing you will experience optimal sound performance.
- When using your suppressor it will retain heat when fired. This can result in very hot surface temperatures when firing.
- Do not touch your suppressor if it is hot as this will result in burns.
- Check Proper Alignment before firing.
- Do not use frangible, tracer, unjacketed, or corrosive ammunition in a Lahar-30 suppressor. Only use factory new ammunition from a reputable manufacturer.
